Policies

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 4 weeks or more in advance will receive a full refund minus the $50 deposit. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the retreat will not be refunded.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to. Please do not arrive early for the weekend, as we will not be able to accommodate you until check-in time. We ask that all supplies and gear be packed and out of the cropping area by the check-out time.

Cropping Area:

Our cropping area will be available to you 24 hours a day from check-in until check-out.

Deposits:

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration. The balance of your stay must be paid one month before your retreat. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. NO reservations will be held with out a deposit.

Privacy Policy:

Scrap Happy Retreats respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Refunds:

Refunds are only given when Scrap Happy Retreats cancels a retreat for unforeseen reasons and no other arrangements can be made.

Special Dietary Needs:

If there are certain foods you require or desire, you will need to bring them from home.
